Major Robert H. Millward

and his assistant went to Vung Tau to pick up aircraft parts.
They had no requisition.  When they entered the
storage area, they took a piece of chalk and wrote 175th AHC on numerous
items.  They then went into the office and said they were there to pick up parts
for the 175th Aviation Co.  The person at the desk looked through his
records and couldn't find anything.  Millward said he had been called and
that he saw parts in the lot marked for the 175th.  They came home with an
engine, transmission, rotor blades, and God knows what else.
And everyone wondered why the supply system was all screwed up.

The one facing North ( back of head showing)  is Bob Millward.  That's the
part of him I saw the most of when we discussed aircraft availability for
the next day.
